All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Important Information
- International orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) — duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, forwarding services, or countries under trade restrictions
- P.O. Box addresses are accepted for standard shipping only
- Need to modify your order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for changes to shipping address or items
- Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or combined once processed
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed
- During peak seasons (holidays), shipping may take additional time
Processing Schedule

Lost or Stolen Packages
Vale-Forever.org is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please work directly with the carrier to locate the package or file a lost package claim. Once approved, email us for a replacement or store credit.
