Returns & Refunds

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied, and our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Important: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to your original form of payment. If you wish to return a product, we issue store credit equal to the purchase price (shipping fees excluded) upon receiving the returned item.

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains/odors
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in your return being turned away
  • We do not process returns or exchanges on sale items
  • We do not include return labels with shipments

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received an incorrect, damaged, or mislabeled item, contact us at [email protected]. Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Items received in any other condition will be returned at your expense.

Reporting Issues with Your Order

If you are reporting a discrepancy (missing, damaged, or wrong items), please follow these steps:

  • Capture a clear photo of the packaging slip included in your order
  • Capture a clear photo of all items you received — a one-shot layout of everything is ideal
  • Submit this information via email at [email protected] with a brief description of the issue

Refund Details

  • We do not issue refunds to your original form of payment — store credit only
  • Store credit equals the purchase price, excluding original shipping fees
  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on Vale-Forever.org
  • After your return package is delivered, allow 1–3 business days to receive your credit code

Fraud Prevention

We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent claims, including chargebacks submitted without valid justification. If you excessively return items or submit unjustified chargebacks, you may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned from our platform.
